EPIK Construction are great people to work with. If we had a question or problem we discussed it with them and they promptly came out and fixed the situation. EPIK helped me with a full roof replacement and interior ceiling damage. I’m really pleased with their work and they helped me through the whole insurance process—even made sure the insurance company paid for my premium color shingle and increased the coverage of my ceiling damage that was not originally included in the claim. Good group of people. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job on replacing our roof. They showed up when they said; cleaned up behind them and the roof looks awesome!! We had an intermittent issue with a leak and they worked with us over several weeks to identify, resolve and repair the affected area. (Boot jack) No more leaks and it still looks great! Polite, friendly and professional. We would use them again. 🙂

I connected with Mr. Fefort from the very beginning. I appreciated his honest and pleasant nature. I assume a trait he learned as a first -responder. I liked how I was kept in the loop throughout the entire project. After my roof was replaced they did an excellent job of cleaning up. I had been worried about nails and magnets were used to clean those up. A couple of days later we experienced 70+ MPH winds from a tornado in the area and my roof made it through fine. Samantha was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company and showing a lot of patience with me and all my questions during the project. I would recommend them and will use them again if I ever need it.

It was my previous experience with EPIK Construction when they responded to an insurance claim that I became impressed with their customer service, range of skills, professionalism, honesty and integrity. EPIK Construction earned my trust and my business that day. So much so that they were my first and only call to perform my next renovation job out of my own pocket because I knew the quality of their work and the care with which they value the relationship with their clients. These traits are sadly quite rare in many contractors, but EPIK is certainly the exception and has earned my business from now on. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
